You can easily reserve a tee time by visiting our pricing page and selecting the “Casual Booking” option. Enter your details to complete your reservation.Casual bookings are limited to designated hours.

After booking, download the GymMaster app and log in using the same email and password you used to reserve your tee time. Once you’re in the app, you’ll see a “Check In” icon at the top.

You can check in up to 5 minutes before your scheduled tee time. When you arrive at The Birdie Den, simply press the “Check In” button, and the front door will unlock.

Inside, you’ll find startup and shutdown instructions to guide you through how everything works.

**After downloading the GymMaster app, all future tee time reservations can be made directly through the app. You will no longer need to return to our website to book reservations.**

Members have 24/7 access to the facility.

Casual bookings are limited to the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7 AM – 7 PM
Friday-Sunday: 7 AM – 10 PM

Casual bookings will no longer be available once The Birdie Den reaches its monthly member capacity.

When booking a casual tee time or signing up for a membership, you’ll see an option to download the GymMaster app—go ahead and download it then, or find it later in your app store.

Log in using the email and password you created when booking your tee time or becoming a member. Once you’re signed in, select the “Check In” button.

When you press “Check In,” your phone will connect to the RFID scanner at the front door and automatically unlock it. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and that you’re standing within 3–5 feet of the scanner.

Please note: the “Check In” feature will only become available starting 5 minutes before your scheduled tee time.

All tee times allow up to 4 golfers. See below for details on complimentary guests and applicable guest fees. Guest fees are paid inside The Birdie Den at our cash box. Cash, venmo, or cash app is accepted. Members or the individual that books the tee time are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Casual Booking
$40 an hour pays for 4 golfers. Which is the maximum amount in our facility.

Birdie – Membership
Free guest access is not included. Guests may be added for $10 per person, per tee time.

Eagle – Membership
Includes up to three complimentary guests per tee time.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted for individuals 21 years of age or older only
• Members are fully responsible for their guests and ensuring compliance with all laws and facility rules
• Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible membership revocation
• Outside alcohol is limited to personal use only; bulk quantities (e.g., kegs) are not permitted
• The Birdie Den reserves the right to restrict or revoke BYOB privileges at any time

By entering the facility, all members and guests agree to comply with this policy

Rental clubs are available for a $10 fee per set and can be found in the back of The Birdie Den, behind the hitting screen.

Payment for rental and guest fees can be made using the cash box. If you do not have cash, you’ll find Cash App and Venmo QR codes on the box for convenient digital payment.

Monthly members may use rental clubs at no additional cost. However, if a member brings a guest who needs to rent a set of clubs, the $10 rental fee will still apply.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Sherman, Texas. Making us easily accessible to golfers from Denison, Anna, Van Alstyne, McKinney, Whitesboro and the surrounding North Texas area.

The Birdie Den features the Uneekor EYE XO2 launch monitor, one of the leading launch monitors available today.

It uses high-speed, high-resolution cameras to precisely track key data points such as ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, and carry distance. Players also enjoy stunning 4K graphics and access to a selection of world-renowned courses for a truly immersive experience.

We also use GSPro as our golf software. 

You are welcome to bring your own clubs. We also offer complimentary club rentals for personal use by our monthly members.

Guests of members may rent clubs for $10 per set. Payment can be made inside The Birdie Den using cash, Venmo, or Cash App via the on-site payment box.

At The Birdie Den, we understand that accidents happen. Our policy
on damaged equipment or property depends on the circumstances
surrounding the incident.

The Birdie Den is equipped with security cameras that monitor the
facility at all times. In the event that something is damaged, we
will review the footage to determine the cause.

If damage occurs as a result of a genuine accident during normal
use of the facility — for example, an errant golf shot or an
unintentional mishap — the member or guest will not be held
financially responsible. We get it, golf happens!

However, if it is determined that damage was caused by reckless,
careless, or irresponsible behavior — such as misuse of equipment
or disregard for facility rules — the individual responsible will
be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.

We ask that all members and guests treat The Birdie Den with respect,
as if it were their own home. By doing so, everyone can continue to
